Looking for someone that has knowledge in the residential building field. Currently, working on a place that was going to be a flip or remodel and turned into a rebuild. Would like to team up and help make Durham a more beautiful and affordable place to live. Cant find reliable help. Will not tolerate substance abuse, no transportation to and from job, lies/excuses on missing work. These are some of the issues I have been dealing with.
