Align Life Ministries, through its Align Pregnancy Services locations, is offering free baby care essential items to any family in need, whether currently a client or not. Families can receive free diapers, wipes, and formula for up to 6 weeks. These essential baby care items are available for safe, contactless pickup at any of Align Pregnancy Services’ locations in Lancaster, Columbia, Ephrata, and Lebanon. Since last spring, many vulnerable families throughout Lebanon and Lancaster Counties have faced ongoing financial strain from the pandemic. Additionally, many also find themselves longing for emotional support and spiritual encouragement. In the midst of this season of difficulty, Align Life Ministries is “filling the gap” and providing essential items and services to uplift and provide for families in need. ‘We know many families are left hanging, with limited ways to get the essential baby care supplies that many take for granted,” says Kati Swisher, Executive Vice President of Align Life Ministries. “We were recently made aware of a situation in which a family of 6 is quarantined at home due to COVID and in desperate need of diapers, wipes, and formula. We have been able to provide for them and help ease the burden of such a unique, trying situation,” says Swisher. “It really has been a ’city on a hill’ moment,” says Lisa Hosler, President of Align Life Ministries. “We have boldly acted in faith to do everything possible to support the families in our communities that need our services and to shine the light of Jesus in the process.
