Press release from the City of Fridley: January 26, 2021 Joint Special Meeting of the City Council and Housing & Redevelopment Authority Notice is hereby given that there will be a quorum of the Fridley City Council and a quorum of the Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) at a hybrid joint special meeting scheduled for February 4, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. at Fridley City Hall, Emergency Operations Center (7071 University Avenue N.E.). Pursuant to Mayoral Declaration No. 20-01 and Ordinance No. 1380, the meeting will be conducted both in person and virtually through Zoom. Space inside the meeting room may be limited. City staff will work with any member of the public who wishes to participate by metering the number of people in the room to abide by social distancing recommendations. Any member of the public is able to participate in the meeting by utilizing the Zoom meeting platform. During the meeting, members of the public that wish to comment may join the meeting on the Zoom webinar platform.
