Press release from the City of Twinsburg: January 26, 2021 Twinsburg Board of Zoning Appeals Public Hearing Notice Appeal #'s 01-2021, 02-2021 and 03-2021  Variance Requested:  Section 1143.09 A public hearing will be conducted at 6:30 pm on January 27, 2021, for the purpose of hearing an appeal for variances from Section 1143.09 of the Twinsburg Zoning and Development Regulations.  Section 1187.07 requires a corner lot that abuts a collector street to have a minimum setback as required by Section 1143.09.  Section 1143.09 requires a minimum 50' building setback from the public right-of-way and a 50' rear yard. The appeal is being made by Coblentz Homes for sublots located in the Shepard Preserve Subdivision.  Specifically, •    A 5'side yard variance to Section 1143.09 is requested at 1700 Bridget Lane (50' required, 45.34' proposed); •    A 7'side yard variance to Section 1143.09 is requested at 1701 Bridget Lane (50' required, 43.40 proposed); and •    An 11'rear yard variance to Section 1143.09 is requested at 1540 Bridget Lane. (50'required, 39.57' proposed).
