An evening of Lunar Yoga, Live Music & Starlight Social on the Rooftop LO/OP Fitness Yoga Instructor, Lisa Pumper, invites you to an all-levels yoga flow class on the rooftop of the Las Olas Beach Garage. Restore and renew your body, mind and spirit as the sun sets over the city skyline and ushers in the new moon. The evening promises a star-filled night of selfcare & love, set to a melodic fusion of blues, jazz and soul seasoned with Afro-Cuban & Caribbean rhythms, performed by composer/arranger/guitarist, Eddy Balzola. The session will wind down with a New Moon Meditation and Manifesting to settle your thoughts and set your intentions followed by a sip social to connect. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga, fitness, and all other classes, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against the instructor, the owner, or the leaseholder of the building for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating the class All movements/postures/guidance, that is cued and/or demoed are only suggested, and not required for everyone to perform. I will listen to my body and do what feel good. If something does not feel good, I will stop the movement/posture or modify to suit my body. I will choose to also just sit down, breathe and enjoy just being in a good healing space. PHOTO WAVIER I acknowledge as an attendee, I may be photographed and/ or recorded at the event and waive any right to compensation for such use in marketing, news media, and/or other promotion of the event. In such, we have reviewed our safety protocols with the City of Fort Lauderdale and Broward County to ensure everyone attending will be safe, comfortable and have the best experience. Although open-air, attendees are required to wear facial coverings at all times within the event space, with the exception when seated / standing in their designated class spaces, while actively engaged in the class, and in areas clearly marked for eating or drinking. Hand sanitizer will be readily available and there will be a minimum of 6' between all attendees. Attendees not adhering to the policy may be asked to leave.
