Naot Footwear is a globally renowned comfort fashion footwear company. The US distribution branch is looking for a highly motivated, entry level Customer Service Representative for an onsite position in the Melville, NY office.
The ideal candidate should be a team player, detailed oriented and must be able to multitask. The duties of this position will include but are not limited to helping customers with questions, giving customers information about products, taking orders, and processing returns.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone and emailProvide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availabilityEfficiently process customer orders and returns
Qualifications
At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experienceExcellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workMicrosoft Excel knowledge is a plus
This is a full-time, onsite position with benefits.
