That said, I decided to find any and every excuse to have a tea party (with bubbly too) Join me for a fabulous tea party in the confined mezzanine of one of Kenosha's newest dining locations. We will gab over tea, pastries, light bites and bubbly if you choose! Let's talk fashion, ideas, make new friends and network!
