practice space in basement of south mpls home available! before Covid basement was used to host DIY shows, but now I'm looking to rent it is a affordable practice space to a band !! (vs getting another roommate to share house rent with ) price negotiable depending on how many times a week you want to use the space, how many people are in band, and how much of a setup you want to create down there (you'll have to bring all your own gear basement is empty ATM but you can keep anything you'd like there for practices etc etc) $300-500 a month (depending on ^) house has an alarm system and im home overnight so gear will be safe! message with a bit about what your looking for and if you think this could work for you!!! dont have basement pics yet but can get some soon <3
