This class will explain how the tarot is two sets of cards and an easy way to understand them as well as how to do readings. Week 1 In this class you will learn the history of the Tarot. How it is two types of decks in one: The Major Arcana and Minor Arcana. The Major Arcana. You will also learn about the Kabala, the Hebrew Tree of Life and the 22 Major Arcana cards that teach about the Fools Path to enlightenment. What does each Major Arcana card mean, and what do they mean in reverse? How to use your intuition to interpret what spirit is trying to tell you. Week 2 We will learn about the different methods of receiving intuitive information. We will be doing basic readings using the Major Arcana cards and spend time practicing doing these readings. The Ryder Waite Tarot Deck will be used to teach this class. Week 3 Learning about the Minor Arcana. The numbers 1 - 9 have their own vibrations. What do the numbers mean and what does it mean when we see different numbers around us repeatedly. How does Numerology fit into the Tarot. Week 4 Some basic astrology will be taught in this class. What signs are fire signs? What signs are water? What are their traits? What are their physical characteristics? How do they apply to Wands and Cups. What does each suite mean? What does each card mean, and what do they mean in reverse? How to use your intuition to interpret what spirit is trying to tell you. Week 5 Some more basic astrology will be taught in this class. What are the earth and air signs? What are their traits? What are their physical characteristics? What can we know about them? How do they apply to Pentacles and Swords? What does each card mean, and what do they mean in reverse? How to use your intuition to interpret what spirit is trying to tell you. Week 6 You will learn what different types of spreads are there: three card spreads for a quick answer, seven card spreads, decision spreads, Celtic cross, etc. What is the most commonly used spread. Even less commonly used spreads like the astrological spread, the double Celtic cross, past/present/future spreads, and the Gypsy Wish Spread. Make sure you bring your own Tarot Cards to each of these classes. They will be taught with the Raider Waite Tarot Deck. If you would like to practice, at any time you feel comfortable, you are encouraged to come to the Monday Meditation Class. After the meditation, students learning how to use their psychic abilities are encouraged to practice doing readings with willing meditation class students. All Tarot Class sizes are limited to four to ten students to make sure that everyone gets personal attention. We will be using Covid-19 safety measures so everyone is required to wear masks. Pre-registration is required. If a class fails to have four students signed up within 48 hours prior to the class, you will be notified that the class has been canceled.
