Well we got just the series for you! Join small business owner, personal trainer and lululemon ambassador Nicole Ogin and Cohen Health and Performance physical therapist and pilates instructor Dr. Ciara Petry for this awesome collab for the month of February!!
In this series you will learn:
Proper form of various kettlebell moves
Improve strength and resiliency
How mat pilates can mitigate nagging pain

Monday sessions will be held with Nicole Ogin at 6:00-7:00pm for KB training
Week 1+3 Thursday sessions will be held with Dr. Ciara Petry at 5:30-6:30pm for mat pilates. * please bring your own mat if you have one.
Week 2+4 Friday sessions will be held with Dr. Ciara Petry at 4:00-5:00pm for mat pilates *please bring your own mat if you have one.
