Spend a Saturday afternoon crafting beautiful and delicious desserts with a classically trained pastry chef with 20 years in the industry. Dessert Menu: Double Chocolate Mini Cakes: rich chocolate sponge cake with mascarpone white chocolate mousse Hot Chocolate S'mores Cupcakes: dark chocolate cupcake topped with marshmallow buttercream, dark chocolate glaze and bruleed marshmallow for garnish COVID restrictions and social distancing will be implemented in accordance with CDC guidelines. Mask must be worn at all times inside of the building. The class size is 9 people in accordance with Frederick County Department of Health regulations.
