Hot Chocolate S'mores Cupcakes: dark chocolate cupcake topped with marshmallow buttercream, dark chocolate glaze and bruleed marshmallow for garnish
COVID restrictions and social distancing will be implemented in accordance with CDC guidelines. Mask must be worn at all times inside of the building.
The class size is 9 people in accordance with Frederick County Department of Health regulations.
