Valentine's Day Brunch
Bring that special someone to Schola for a morning of cooking great food and spending some time together. We'll start by baking orange, cranberry scones with homemade honey butter then a first course of poached shrimp, bitter greens, lemon curry vin blanc and salmon caviar. For the main course we'll roast beef tenderloin with Yukon gold potato puree topped with a poached egg and hollandaise and asparagus then finish with a trio of chocolate treats. $69.
