Celebrate with your valentine at Campbell's Resort with a six course tasting menu, live music, flower, and optional beverage pairing menu. The Valentine's Day holiday is among us and we have put together the most exclusive and luxurious dinner for you to celebrate! Join us for our February Chef's Table which includes a six course tasting menu, Moet Chandon toast, fresh cut rose, and live music (tax & tip is included). We also offer a Beverage Pairing Menu separately. Seating will be in our downstairs restaurant (The Bungalow Cafe), where we will have open windows with plenty of heaters & blankets. We suggest layering appropriately - we will be sticklers for cross ventilation for everybody's well-being. As this is a set menu, we are regretfully unable to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. A fully vegetarian option will always be available but we request at least 48-hours notice. Seating is limited so book your table today. About the Chef's Table Our monthly Chef’s Table is a unique and curated dining experience where we view each attendee as a “personal guest of the Chef.” Each unique dinner reflects a hyper-seasonal and hyper-local menu. We work closely with our local purveyors to get the highest quality products that showcase our seasons and the flavors of Chelan; reflecting our beautiful region on your plate. Each month we will feature at least one coursed tasting menu by Campbell’s new Executive Chef Jayson Thompson, as well as a beverage pairing for each course. Campbell’s Resort is your home for a night out on Lake Chelan. *All Chef Table prices include tax and gratuity. Sometimes we include beverage pairings in the price, and sometimes we let you choose if you’d like to add them.
