Supervisor Training Module 2
The annual Gulfstream Goodwill Industries Supervisor Training starting in January 2021. Supervisor training is mandatory for all supervisory roles. The training is divided into two modules; to receive full credit for the training, you must attend both modules.
You must have completed Module 1 prior to completing Module 2.
The Supervisor’s training class shall include but not limited to the topics listed below:
1. Ethics
2. Performance Management
3. Corrective Action & Documentation
4. Safety and Risk Management
5. Conflict Resolution & Dealing with Difficult Situations
6. Incident Reporting & Documentation
7. Behavior-Based Safety
To register for our January training, please use the Eventbrite links listed below, no later than Wednesday, January 6, 2021. Please seek your direct supervisor's approval before registering for the training. Module 1 is held on Tuesday 01/12/2021, and Module 2 on Tuesday, 01/26/2021. To maintain social distancing, we are only accepting 15 employees per class.
