Who loves shooting guns and would love to share this love of shooting with others? Become a certified NRA Pistol Instructor and teach the NRA Basic Pistol course, create your own CHL/CCW course (complying with the Ohio Revised Code which we'll discuss), or simply become more confident in your own gun handling and share with friends and family. This is a 2 day class. NRA BIT (Basic Instructor Training) is required prior to the Pistol Instructor class and will be covered on day 1, which is 12pm-6pm, and will immediately proceed into Basic Pistol Instructor class. Day 2 is 10am-8pm and will complete Pistol Instructor. You MUST attend both days in their entirety. The total cost is $350 for both days. Payment in full by Monday, March 1st is required in order to secure each person's seat and ensure Instructor packet is ordered and received in time. So sign up now! You will need a functioning pistol, 50-75 rounds of ammo, eye and ear protection, an electronic device to both receive the Pistol Instructor manual from me and to bring with you to class for reference throughout, (recommended, though NOT required) a 2 to 3-inch 3 ring binder to house your BIT packet and Pistol Instructor info, your meals each day, and your drinks.
