Galentine's 4-Course Rosé Brunch Event
Join us for our first ever Galentine's Brunch at Verbena! Our Chef has created a lovely 4-course menu and our Sommelier has beautifully paired each course with a different Rosé.
Grab your girlfriends and join us for this fun ticketed event. The event will take place in our Private Dining Room at Verbena. Tables will be socially distant and masks are required when not seated at a table. We hope to see you there!

The Menu:
-Amuse Bouche-rosti potato, creme fraiche, caviar
-First Course- Smoked Salmon, champagne vinaigrette, caper, pickled onion, toasted brioche crouton
-Second Course-Egg benedict, canadian bacon, lemon hollandaise, farm to market english muffin, crispy proscuitto, arugula salad and verbena vinaigrette
-Third Course- Red velvet french toast, cognac cranberry compote, crème fraiche, mint
- Dessert- assorted petit four
