Can you beat the Leprechaun? Join us as we chase the leprechaun during the 5th Annual St. Paddy's Day 5k Run/Walk. This year, racers can choose to join in person with the 5K starting at 10 a.m. at Calvert High School. Racers are encouraged to visit the Tiffin-Seneca Economic Partnership Office, 19 W. Market St. Suite C, and pick up their T-shirts March 15-19 to cut down on crowding the day of the event. Race starts at 10 a.m. at Calvert High School. There is no check in the day of, please wear your T-shirt as your confirmation of registration. Additionally, racers can choose to race virtually. Racers will still pick up their shirts at the TSEP office, but can race on their own time. T-shirt sizes can be chosen until March 5. Children ages 10 & younger are free (T-shirts available for youths for $8 each). This race is family and pet friendly. Costumes are encouraged, but not necessary. Awards will be given to the top male and female runners in the over 21 and under 21 categories. After the race, explore Downtown Tiffin and purchase a DORA drink from any participating local establishment. Proceeds to benefit downtown revitalization in Tiffin. Face coverings are required at the start and finish line. Participants will need to take their temperatures prior to the event, following all CDC guidelines and sign a waiver to attest that they have not been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 10 days.
