Chicken Alfredo- Must pre-register Preregister for a grab and go lunch of Chicken Alfredo, Salad, Garlic Bread and Red Velvet Cupcake! All Silver Sneaker Participants will be able to grab their meal at the end of class. Please note we are only able to hand out lunches to those that have pre-registered. This is so we have enough food for all that do pre-register. If you have a friend, family member, or neighbor that doesn't "computer/internet" PLEASE pre-register for them. You do not need to print out your reservation, we will generate a list from this site.
