Learn the hottest craft trend… Hand Embroidery! Learn all of the very best hints and tricks to embroidery with Jo Cohen. This workshop is suitable for a true beginner to intermediate level. Topics will cover everything from how to find the right supplies, to how to create several of the basic stitches. For the project, you will create a visual stitch dictionary of your stitches along with receiving a simple motif pattern to complete on your own.   Materials to bring: 6 to 8 Inch Embroidery Hoop, Needle Threader, Pack of embroidery needles size 3/9 or 5/10.  The instructor will supply the rest of the materials.  No time to shop?!  You may purchase a kit from the instructor. Kits include hoop, needles, threader, muslin, and floss for $20, which to be paid in cash and collected by Jo Cohen. Each attendee will receive a Nest store coupon exclusive to this event.
