60 Min Total Body Mobility Class
Join us for a 60 min Total Body Mobility lead by Movement & Mobility Specialist, Jacob Corley. Learn exercises you can integrate into your daily life that will increase body awareness, improve joint health and help you reduce your risk of injury.
This class will help you develop a daily movement practice designed to help YOU feel your best.
This is an all levels class, meaning you do not need prior mobility or flexibility experience to join.
Group Class Covid Guidlines:
Masks are mandatory, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please bring your own mat.
Mats will be set 6 feet apart
Classroom will be sanitized before and after class
Please show up 5 mins early to claim your spot!
