CERT Shelter Management Course This course is taught by the Salvation Army and provides information on the logistics of opening and operating a shelter. CERT volunteers are called out to volunteer for shelter operations during extreme temperatures or after a disaster. This course provides the skills needed to assist in shelter operations.
