Create Your Own Organic Soap Only 6 total seats available. Join Marla Bosworth for this one-of-a-kind, organic cold process soapmaking training in this hands-on, in-person workshop in New York City. In addition to the 2-hour intensive workshop, students will receive recorded training exclusively from Marla, a master soapmaster with 22 years of experience. Students will gain lifetime access to the recorded classes on how to formulate soap recipes, advice and tips on ingredients and supplies needed, safety precautions, scaling up your soapmaking, cutting soaps, packaging, soap recipes, a valuable class handout with supplier list and more. In this class students will learn how to use plants and other organic, natural ingredients to make soap from scratch using the cold process method. Each student will design and create two of their very own batches of cold process soaps. Students will have choices of designing soaps for haircare and skincare by selecting a variety of beneficial ingredients including clays, herbs, essential oils and other natural elements. This is a small class with a maximum of six students. Marla is keeping this class small to work side-by-side with you. You will also have the pleasure of meeting other interesting people who are drawn to create natural soaps for friends and family or to sell.
