Kim Haggerty will be teaching the foundations of olympic weightlifting. Participants will gain physical strength while developing proprioception, coordination and muscle endurance for all sports and injury prevention. Most importantly discipline and self efficacy are elevated to a unbelievable level.
Ages for the program is 2nd grade - 8th grade. Sessions are limited to 12. No experience necessary!
We have three separate sessions each session is $59 or you can pay upfront for all 3 at $149
Session 1:
Fridays at 4pm - 4:45pm
February 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th
Session 2:
Fridays at 4pm - 4:45pm
March 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th
Session 3:
Fridays at 4pm - 4:45pm
April 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th
Kim Haggerty is a certified public school teacher in New Jersey. She has been coaching CrossFit since 2014 and has obtained her CrossFit Level 2 in 2019 and is a USA Weightlifting Level 1 coach.
