Free COVID-19 testing facilitated by Near North Health Service Corporation, sponsored by 48th Ward Ald. Harry Osterman 48th Ward Alderman Harry Osterman is pleased to offer a free day of COVID-19 testing, in partnership with Near North Health Service Corporation and Ismaili Jamatkhana. Testing will be available to neighbors regardless of age (ages 5+), insurance, or immigration status. Please register to arrive during a 15-minute window to help us plan and maintain social distance. This is a drive-up and walk-up clinic. Pre-registration is encouraged, but walk-ups will be admitted while supplies last. If you are able, please complete and print the documents below to speed up the intake process. Bring valid ID and Insurance Card if you have them, but no one will be turned away without these items.
