We're selling a single cask bottling of single malt whisky from Starward Distillery aged exclusively in a Shiraz red wine barrel! The Women Who Whiskey Starward Single Cask is 100% malted barley aged in a 225 liter American Oak barrique that previously held Shiraz wine. It spent 3 years and one month maturing in Australia's intense climate fluctuations, making it taste much older than 3 years might suggest. It's bottled at cask strength (meaning no water has been added to it before bottling), giving it a hefty 110 proof that intensifies the flavors, and resulting in only 258 bottles. The Women Who Whiskey Chicago Starward Single Cask is $65/bottle. Payment is through Eventbrite below and you must schedule a pickup time when buying your bottle. Please note it must be paid before picking up. ** If you want more than one bottle, you must buy a ticket for EACH bottle purchased. ** This is for the pickup in THE LOOP.
