VALENTINE'S DAY MENU Début GLASS OF CHAMPAGNE FIRST COURSE CRISPY GREEN SALAD Mixed greens tossed with, carrots, eggs, purple onions, topped with fried okra croutons with a creole ranch drizzle SECOND COURSE ROASTED RED PEPPER BISQUE Roasted red pepper bisque. THIRD COURSE OYSTER CREOLE These creole baked oysters are absolutely seductive. FOURTH COURSE RACK OF LAMB Herb creole crusted Rack of Lamb, brown butter mashed sweet potatoes served with smoked asparagus and mango chutney OR LOBSTER AU GRATIN Two Lobster tails filled with succulent lobster mixed in a savory cream sauce, topped with Gouda and bread crumbs, baked until golden brown. Served with roasted garlic and thyme potatoes and smoked asparagus OR VEGETARIAN CREOLE STUFFED PORTOBELLO Spinach, Cheddar, Onions, Garlic, Parmesan, Creole Seasonings, Green Onions and Veggie Sausage all Stuffed in two Portobello Mushrooms Sprinkled with Bread Crumbs and served with brown butter mashed sweet potatoes served with smoked asparagus and mango chutney FIFTH COURSE CHOCOLATE CREME BRÛLÉE Chocolate Creme Brûlée.
