Join us for an exciting day of outdoor discovery for all ages along the Fox River in Carpentersville.
Masks required! Join us on the first day of May for a morning socially-distant bioblitz along the Fox River at Fox River Shores FP in Carpentersville to contribute to the CIty Nature Challenge. If time allows, we may hop over to another nearby preserve, Raceway Woods.
Throughout the day we will be using the iNaturalist app to record sightings, please familierize yourself with iNat before the walk.
Note: there will be a slight focus on birds so bring binoculars if you have a pair.
