Abingdon and Washington County, VA girls, come check out Girl Scouts at our FREE hiking workshop! Girls kindergarten through twelfth grade in Abingdon, VA are invited to check out Girl Scouts at our hiking workshop! If your girl loves the outdoors, this is a great event for you! Bundle up, learn the basics of hiking, and enjoy a short hike and nature scavenger hunt. Information about how to join Girl Scouts will also be available! Please dress for the weather and wear closed-toe shoes. For safety purposes, masks and social distancing will be enforced. We will be meeting at the train at the Abingdon trailhead!
