Sound bath session
Doors open at 5pm
Sound bath starts promptly at 6pm and ends at 7pm (in person and zoom)
Doors will be locked to studio once the sound bath starts taking place.
In this sound session, we’ll begin by getting our bodies relaxed and then we’ll go into a restorative sound bath.
Materials needed to participate: Mask, yoga mat, bolster or pillow, and a comfy blanket.

Enjoy a glass of wine or a delicious sea moss smoothie.
This type of therapy offers several benefits:

· Sound bath sessions help put you into a theta state, a brainwave state that will put you into a deep meditation and allow the body to self-heal.

Be in a quiet place where you can lie down and not be interrupted for one hour. Use anything you need to feel comfy, such as your favorite pillow, blanket, and eye covering.
