Join us for a one hour Quantum Yoga and Meditation session with Healing Coach Jane Ritz @janetheguide Instagram. Sessions will be held Thursday evenings starting March 18th at 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Cost event is $15 and includes a tea ceremony which will be held prior to classes. All levels are welcome ! We ask that you please wear a mask upon entrance.
