2021 NCCSA 1A and 2A JV and Varsity Basketball State Tournaments Spectator Limits: Schools will need to determine which spectators will be able to attend the games, and athletic directors will order tickets for the number of spectators allowed from each school. Home teams will be allowed 13 spectators, and away teams will be allowed 12 spectators. It will be the responsibility of each school to distribute the tickets to the spectators who have been chosen to attend.
