FLEXX BOOTCAMPS WILL CONSIST OF HARD CORE TRAINING TO HELP YOU ACHIEVE YOUR PHYSICAL BODY GOALS; AS WELL AS THERAPEUTIC APPROACHES THAT WILL STRENGTHEN YOUR MENTAL CAPACITY SO THAT YOU CAN GAIN SELF DISCIPLINE, SELF DETERMINATION, ENDURANCE, AND CONSISTENCY.

- 30min workout
- 15 min mental health workshop
