All the purchases from our Pop-Up Sale support our mission - providing a caring home for vulnerable children in Mabopane, South Africa. Mabopane Foundation is a North Carolina based 501c(3) Non Profit, created in 2003 to change lives by sharing God's love and hope with Mabopane's children in need. Ya Bana Village for the Children, founded in 2006, is situated in Winterveld, Mabopane, a small town outside Johannesburg, South Africa. Ya Bana means “for the children.” The Village is a project aimed at providing vulnerable and orphaned children with permanent housing in a family environment where trained house mothers offer love and structure. These children are placed with them by the Children’s court. Their programs focus on the physical, emotional, educational, spiritual and cultural needs of the children between the ages of 2 - 18. The Village also houses a Youth Living Center for those above 18 as they prepare for adulthood filled with the Spirit. Dedicated volunteers, both here and in South Africa combined with the kindness and generosity of those who pray and contribute have a positive impact on the children. Now you can be a joyful part of building productive and purposeful lives and impacting a child's future. Funds raised through our pop-up sale contribute to the monthly operational expenses of each home. Our Pop-Up shop is a beautiful way for volunteers, donors, shoppers to come together and create an enriching experience for all those involved
