Women's community soccer for beginner and intermediate players. Safe and casual sessions to kick the ball around and increase skills.
Informal group session for all ages and levels! Training and drills by players. Fun chance to meet up, play and get some fresh air. Bring a ball, a light shirt, a dark shirt, water, sunscreen and a MASK. Masks are required. Social distancing is required. We only play NO-CONTACT soccer during the pandemic. Walking (rather than running) is encouraged as we get back into training.
A few notes for January / February sessions:
Since some of us may have been visiting with more people than usual due to gatherings, family events, shopping trips, etc., I want to be EXTRA careful about our interaction during the next few weeks. We will play some soccer-related activities that allow us to maintain distance by rotating between stations of footvolley (this time without the net falling over!), footgolf and various kicking, dribbling and shooting challenges. If you primarily come for the scrimmaging then know that we will likely NOT do scrimmages for a few weeks until we see how the virus is doing locally after holiday events. Even with our best efforts, we still create risk by bumping up against one another as we play.
