Local Church looking forWorship Leader, and musicians

We are a local Huntsville church, with a regular attendance of around 30-40 that is looking for a worship leader (keys or guitar/vocals). We currently have a blended style of worship, leading towards more modern worship with a hymn or two thrown in. Our lead pastor has previous experience as a worship pastor (leading full bands in the style of Bethel, Elevation, Vertical, etc), but wants to build a full team. Though the church is small, we have a very loving congregation and a lot of potential for growth. For being so small we are fairly diverse, have great equipment, and have a desire to see families added to our numbers. While we would love to be able to pay our musicians we are unable to at this time, so this is a true volunteer position.
