Couples Connection Night Life is busy and it’s all too easy to put your relationship on the backburner when are so many things competing for our time and attention. Unfortunately, as a result of our busy-ness, the love between a couple can stagnate. We’ve designed this evening specifically for couples looking to ignite their intimacy and connection, rebuild trust, release resentments and create a clean slate for the New Year coming from a place of love. As you regain trust and release the past you create a new connection with a level of intimacy that will allow you to realize your dreams together, letting your love and connection become the #1 priority in your lives. You both deserve to have a fulfilling relationship without the need to settle or compromise. The first half of the night will be about facing and releasing the built-up frustrations, disappointments and anything else that creates friction in your union. After this healing work, we will turn up the heat to ignite passion and intimacy through a variety of exercises. The evening will activate all five of your physical senses to help you step away from your busy mind and be fully present in your sacral sensual energy; allowing you to consciously create and connect with a new vision for your relationship. Come with an open mind, an open heart and excitement to connect with the one you love. Cost per couple is $176 *Refreshments, light snacks and all supplies used during class are included at no additional charge. *Bring a blanket, yoga mat, pillows or anything that will help you feel comfortable during meditaion.
