Innercise Yoga in back INSIDE the brewery! Innercise Yoga is back INSIDE the brewery at Wild Heaven Beer (Avondale Estates) because of the winter season. In order to follow social distancing protocol we are placing yoga mats 6 feet apart and this event is limited to 20 participants (5 donations spots). There will be a complimentary hand sanitizer station upon arrival, which is mandatory upon entering the building or using the facilities.Please wear your mask as you enter and you will have the choice to remove it once you start practice.
