Seeking a Kitten

I have a large property and a nice house with one male adult cat who is used to living with other animals (cats and dogs). My other tenants moved out and I would like to get a kitten for myself and my cat Jack. Plenty of room to play. I will pay all vet fees, neuter, vaccinations, etc. I do not want to pay a rehoming fee which seems strange to me since I am taking an unwanted animal off your hands for you. I have 7 acres if the kitten wants to go outside, but initially the kitten will be kept indoors until it is full grown. Prefer a kitten that has been litterbox trained, but if not I can handle that as well. I am not working right now so it would be the perfect time to introduce the new kitten to my home. Please contact me if interested. I am only 45 minutes from Baltimore and 1 hour from DC, so I can travel to pick the kitten up.
