TRE releases the tension that builds up in our bodies because of everyday stressors and challenging life events
Join us for a 2 hour workshop dedicated to releasing the body of tension, trauma, and stress (TRE). This practice will feature a Yoga Nidra session at the end to fully let go of any holding.
Please bring water, a snack, a journal, something to write with and a mat. We can provide mats and blankets if needed.
