The Program Inc. Presents The Fourth Annual Tie Event The Tie Event will teach young men how to tie a necktie, as well as provide the opportunity to build their social acumen. The Program Inc. team will be teaching the etiquette of proper handshakes, eye contact , and other elements of self presentation that will leave a memorable impression to reach a desired outcome. This event is for all young men ages 7 to 18 years old. ALL ATTENDEES MUST WEAR A BUTTON-UP SHIRT.
