DOWNERS GROVE, IL — A Joliet woman has been accused in connection with an armed robbery in Downers Grove, according to Daily Herald. Victoria G. Montoya, 28, was charged with armed robbery with a firearm in connection with the incident, which took place Friday just after 1 a.m. Police say Montoya used a 9 mm handgun to steal $120. Montoya is being held in DuPage County Jail on $25,000 bond and is set to appear in court on Feb. 16. Downers Grove police did not immediately respond to Patch's request for more information Monday morning. More via Daily Herald
