Nationwide Telecom Provider Awarding Vendors Who Went Above & Beyond for Clients DES PLAINES, Illinois (January 25, 2021) — RAM Communications is awarding four individuals who stepped up and demonstrated outstanding service in a year of unprecedented challenges. Two recipients of RAM’s 2020 awards for outstanding vendors, project manager Ermin Figueroa and UCaaS support specialist Jhunieby Garcia, are from Masergy; The other two, HPBX support specialist Zulis Garcia and project manager Jennifer Scott, work at Access One. Masergy and Access One are among RAM Communications' many industry partners. In addition to working together to meet the telecommunications needs of clients this past year, RAM Communications co-hosted webinars with both companies to better educate potential clients on the benefits of a modern phone and internet system. 2020 marks the third time in nine years that RAM Communications has given out awards for outstanding vendors. The criteria are extremely strict—RAM Communications only hands out an award to a vendor that served one of its clients above and beyond its expectations. The company does not hand out awards every year because vendors do not always meet those rigorous standards.
