Murfreesboro's Children's Consignment Event To qualify for the new & expecting parents presale, your first born child must be under 12 months old or there must be a 5-year gap since your last child was born. No Children are allowed at the presale unless they are attached to you in a carrier. Shop early to get the best deals. If you are a new or expecting mom, sign up for the New Moms Pre-Sale that will be on the Tuesday of the sale. Group 1 will be at 6pm, Group 2 at 7pm, and Group 3 at 8pm. Get your ticket before they are gone.
