Looking for bassist or guitarist with vocal ability for 90s/pop-punk

I'm a guitarist and vocalist. I play electric and acoustic. I would like to start a band that plays songs that are nostalgic for the young people at bars today (25-35). So I would like to play 2000's pop/punk/indie (Dashboard Confessional, Taking Back Sunday, early Fall Out Boy, Paramore, Panic at the D., Yellowcard, Motion City soundtrack, Deathcab for Cutie, Jack's Mannequin Vampire Weekend, the Killers) and maybe some 90s music (Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Third eye Blind, Oasis, Radiohead, Blink 182, Green Day, Weezer, Eve 6, RHCP). I already perform this stuff alone, acoustically. I would like to add another person who can sing harmony (or do the lead vocals when preferred) and either really nail enriching lead guitar or play bass.
