Join the Nurdle Patrol. Participants will learn how to find nurdles which are small pieces of hard plastic found in our waterways.
Nurdles are lentil-sized pieces of hard plastic that are the building blocks of many plastic products. The Nurdle Patrol is a citizen scientist project to document nurdles in waterways across the Gulf of Mexico.
Nurdle Patrol participants will have a trained guide to help them find nurdles and collect data on where they are found. This data helps scientists keep plastic pollution out of our waterways.

Where: Fort Maurepas Park in Ocean Springs, MS
