Press release from the City of White Plains: January 21 2021 The Community Development Citizens Advisory Committee (CDCAC) will be hosting a Public Hearing regarding the 2021-22 Annual Action Plan and Amended 2020-24 Consolidated Plan on January 27th at 6 pm.
