You will learn how to harness your mind’s fundamental abilities, and practice techniques to overcome the obstacles that stand between you and a peaceful state of being. Lesson I: Attention + Awareness You will learn and experience the difference between focused attention and peripheral awareness. Lesson 2: Focusing on the Present You will learn and experience spontaneous introspective awareness: how to catch yourself after getting distracted and stay positive on course. Lesson 3: Introspective Awareness You will learn and experience how to use the technique of labeling to harness the metacognitive aspect of meditation: being able to think about your thinking. Lesson 4: Increasing mindfulness You will learn and experience how to play between attention and awareness and increase the total capacity of your consciousness.
