The Esplanade Association has partnered with Wishroute to bring you the Esplanade Virtual Wellness Challenge, part of Frost Fit Presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. This month-long challenge will bring you virtual inspiration and support to help you prioritize your wellness through the depths of winter. The FREE Esplanade Virtual Wellness Challenge will take place from Tuesday, January 19 to Saturday, February 13. Only 250 spots are available for the Esplanade Virtual Wellness Challenge so we encourage you to reserve your spot today at www.wishroute.com/esplanade For the Esplanade Virtual Wellness Challenge, participants will receive an inspirational text from a member of Wishroute's personal accountability team every morning and a check-in text at night to see how participants prioritized their health that day throughout the duration of the challenge. Participants will earn 1 point each day that they do something to promote their personal wellness.
