Want to start instrumental band

I’m a guitarist and I’m looking to form a band focused on performing instrumental music. I’m inspired by several genres like rock, blues, r&b, fusion, metal, etc. I would prefer to focus on styles that are a bit more easy listening but with some sections that really rock out.
