From controlling your distance to landing a knee this class will help you understand some fundamentals of fighting from a standing position
This discipline is known as the "art of eight limbs" as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins. In this one hour class we will go over the proper way to stand, control your balance and how to properly throw strikes so we can generate enough power to do some damage to your opponent. If you have boxing gloves bring them, we do have gloves for you to use.
And the typical Disclaimer-- You will not be a Muay Thai World Champion after one session, this will take time and a lot of practice.
